"My husband and I were looking to remodel our tiny kitchen and bathroom and we had no idea where to start. We had a number of ideas that we were trying to incorporate into a small space, while also moving a few walls, and it would have been much too overwhelming to figure out on our own. Our contractor recommended reaching out to Jackie to create a spatial plan for both rooms.
Initially, Jackie came to our home and spent a couple hours with us to discuss our style and an overview of what we wanted. She was very detail oriented, listened to our ideas, provided us with some of her own ideas, and discussed several packages that she offers. Ultimately, we chose the spatial plan package, to have her create a layout for us. She visited our home a couple times after that to view the space and take measurements.
Within several weeks, Jackie created a beautiful, functional layout for both rooms that we could not have come up with on our own. She incorporated all of the things we asked for in our initial meeting. The layout was presented to us in a very organized way, using multiple images (including 3D), so we could see realistic images of the space. This was extremely helpful in envisioning the final layout! Jackie also made any suggested changes we asked for very promptly.
Her communication throughout the process was outstanding. She always responded to any questions we had within a day or two (if not sooner), and she provided us with updates on the status of the project along the way. She also communicated with our contractor as she was creating the layout, so that everyone was on the same page.
Having a professional take the lead on our project has made this process so much easier. We highly recommend Jackie to anyone who is going through a renovation or just needs design advice! It removed a lot of the stress that we were feeling and she was such a joy to work with! We're so thankful to have found her to help with our project!"
