Is there a designer fee to receive these boards?
Nope! The only cost to you is the purchase price of the pieces themselves. I created Homey Boards with what I like to call the ‘3 As’ in mind - accessible, attainable, and affordable. I believe that stylish and functional interior design should be this way for everyone. You really can achieve aspirational spaces (hey look, another ‘A’!) in conjunction with the other 3As and I'm here to show you how.
How are you able to offer this service for free with the time it takes to create these collections?
In the spirit of transparency (which is one of my company’s core values), I do receive a commission on the products at no additional cost to you. This allows me to continue to serve those who are interested in Interior Design services but may not have the budget at this time to hire someone for more personalized 1-on-1 direction. Homey Boards also allows me to inspire and empower more people to know that they can achieve gorgeous spaces with just a little guidance and direction through my curated collections. The Homey Boards shop is powered by Side Door, a trusted partner to many professionals in the Interior Design industry. Side Door handles all of the logistics related to the purchase and shipping of the products within Homey Boards, including order confirmations and tracking information. I have found their customer service to be extremely responsive and helpful. Reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions! Because I have access to over 200+ brands from which to source for you, the price points will vary. I know you like to shop around (as do I!), so if you ever find a lower price online please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will work to price match the product for you! As you are comparing prices, please bear in mind that the prices in my shop include threshold delivery while most other retailers do not (in other words, you may need to get all the way through checkout at other retailers to compare apples to apples).
As mentioned above, threshold delivery (ie at your doorstep) is already included in the price of each product. There is also the option to upgrade to White Glove Delivery at checkout, which includes placing the product in the room of your choice and removal of packaging. You may want to consider this upgrade with any larger items like furniture!
Yes, payment plans are available through Affirm via Side Door. Affirm is a ‘buy now, pay later’ app that allows you to purchase from the collections and pay over time. It’s a nice way to be able to work on your redecorating projects without feeling restricted on budget otherwise. Just click the Affirm box at checkout and follow the prompts in the pop-up window to take advantage of this benefit.
Since all pieces are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted unless something arrives damaged or defective (products must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery with photos taken of item and packaging). If that situation occurs, please send an email to email@example.com with firstname.lastname@example.org copied and Customer Service will arrange for repair or replacement.

Since I'm not creating individualized Sample Boards based around specific room measurements, you will need to do a little bit of the legwork and due diligence and check to make sure the pieces will fit where you intend them to go in your own home (especially for furniture and wall decor).
